We’re thrilled to introduce our VIP Tours! During this immersive experience, you’ll get a hands-on look at the daily routines of our keepers. Learn about diet planning and food preparation for our diverse species, assist with daily and weekly animal check-ups, and create new enrichment items for our social animals—and so much more! You will be up close and personal with our coatimundis, foxes, warthog, otters, kangaroos, and then some.

This two-hour experience offers a glimpse into what it’s like to care for our incredible animals. Step inside enclosures to meet some of your favorite creatures, discover their unique diets and habitat requirements, and even meet animals that aren’t on public display. Don’t worry—you’ll be under the watchful guidance of our dedicated staff the whole time! You’ll have a guided, full-access tour of the farm as well.

Tours begin promptly at 9:30 AM on select Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays. This is an indoor and outdoor experience, so clothing and closed-toe shoes you don’t mind getting a little dirty are essential. We’ll provide all the other supplies and materials you’ll need.

The VIP Experience is $150 per person, with a maximum group size of six to ensure an intimate and personalized experience.
